Daniela has gained significant experience in the handling of complex pre-litigations and litigations regarding contractual defaults and/or non-contractual liabilities of companies operating in the industrial sector and/or in the service sector including, for example, the following industries: distribution (both wholesale and retail sales), franchising, real estate, private education, hospitality, professional services/consultancy, luxury & fashion, oil & gas, automotive.
