Francesco Lombardo leads the financing and capital market practice in Italy. He is also our Italy managing partner.

He has wide experience of advising sponsors, investors, corporates and banks on leveraged acquisitions and refinancing transactions as well as on real estate financing transactions (including CMBS structures), restructurings, syndicated loan facilities and capital markets exits. In addition, his practice also focuses on structured finance (including NPLs investments and related financing) and debt capital market transactions (mainly in connection with investments by private equity firms and hedge funds).
