As Legal Manager, I deal with several activities, including:
• M&A transactions involving both Italian and foreign companies, drafting and negotiating the relevant transaction documents (e.g. sale and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, business transfer agreements etc...);
• drawing-up commercial agreements (e.g. lease agreements, service agreements etc..);
• corporate secretarial activities; and
• drafting legal opinions concerning civil, corporate and commercial Law aspects.
Graduated in Law at Università degli Studi "Roma Tre", I am a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2016.
