I have a matured experience on commercial contracts and I used to lead negotiation of commercial contracts such as services and supply agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements and T&Cs. I also assist clients as to the ongoing compliance of their contractual framework with both domestic and international legislation.
