I am a Partner in Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato where I am a member of the firm's corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital department. I practice in domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity work, general commercial transactions, and corporate governance.

I gained experience also in joint ventures, corporate governance matters, and capital market, negotiating and drafting any operative and ancillary agreement, conducting and coordinating due diligence, all the closing, and post-closing activities.

I was also involved in in-court proceedings and internal arbitration proceedings relating to the corporate, commercial, insolvency, financial and civil law matters.
