Who am I? I was born in Calabria, graduated in Law in Sicily at the University of Messina, and have practiced forensics since 2009. My professional career has been continuously in constant evolution. It led me to Naples first and Milan later to perfect my juridical mindset with Higher Studies for Judge.
My experience. With over ten years of experience in consulting companies of all sectors and sizes, I have gained strong legal, civil, criminal, and IT and Privacy knowledge. Attentive to the smallest details, which very often make the big differences especially when passing from the out of-Court phase to the judicial one, I assist Clients and monitor their business, in order to discover in advance the weaknesses and strengths and elaborate the necessary strategies to avoid any kind of problem. I can prepare and advise the necessary actions to protect, secure, and eliminate the aspects of vulnerability and implement the strength profiles, to give information security standards, to allow Clients to reach an adequate level of compliance with the sector regulations, the GDPR, the Directive 95/46 / EC, the ePrivacy Directive, FDA and FTC regulations, HIPAA privacy rules, PIPEDA, and global privacy laws from time to time necessary.
Aware of the fact that national, European Union and International regulatory systems inevitably change, because they have to adapt themselves to the continuous changes of society and business, I keep myself up-to-date with new or revised government laws and regulations.
I am an author of articles in Italian national legal online journals, such as "Leggeeprocesso.com", "Filodiritto.it" and since 2013 I have been collaborating with "Dirittoegiustizia", a legal information journal by Editor Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre at the Court of Milan n. 648 on 08 November 1999.
