Consequently, I am highly experienced in the management of customers disputes involving Airlines and their insurers (EU261 and MC99 claims) and the assistance of airport operators. Additionaly I have assisted Tour Operators and OTAs (online travel agencies) and I have consequently gained experience in the Tourism sector.
